Two decades spent building spaces people don’t forget.
For twenty years, Mahmoud Elkordy has worked as a Creative Director and Experiential Design Lead. He has built large-scale live entertainment, exhibition spaces, and giga-events across Egypt and the GCC: Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, and Oman. That includes an earlier stint as Creative Director inside the Saudi market, based in Makkah.
His concert work includes Yanni: The Dream Concert in Egypt and the Ahlam Concert in Saudi Arabia. In Kuwait, he directed international sporting events: GulfRun GP, the Gulf Bank 642 Marathon, and the Flying Start Triathlon. His large-scale activations include the Boulevard Winter Festival and the JW Marriott Riyadh Ramadan Tent.
He founded and led Kordy Studio through 2025. Since then he has run an independent practice, leading multidisciplinary teams and integrating AI-assisted workflows into the pipeline, from the initial brief through on-site delivery. Based in Riyadh, he is available for engagements across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
